Development phase

Explore
Project starts with initial briefing and high-level budget estimation. Then we sign a contract proceed to business analysis and solution design. As a result we get tech.specs and clear budget.

Develop
Every sprint of the development phase includes planning, coding and testing followed by the demo to the client. When the release is accepted, we can move to a new sprint until the phase is over.

Go live
We leave the development phase when an application / website is ready for launch. During the first weeks we test hi-load, fix the bugs, which could get through the tests and close the project.
